Hello Outdoor Wednesday!!!

Here is the link to Outdoor Wednesday!

Hello My Sparkly Friends! It is Wednesday and I just signed up for Outdoor Wednesday because that's where all the Pixies are...when they are not making mischief in my shop that is!

My first Image is the poor little misunderstood Dandelion. She is actually very beautiful, except when her family takes over your lawn and makes the neighbors whisper. If you eat the young tender leaves, they are actually a great salad green as long as you are pesticide free.

This second image is of my little baby Grape Hyacinths popping up amidst the green carpet of moss. If you want to find fairies and Pixies- THIS is the place to look. If you look very closely, you may even catch a glimpse of some sparkle!

Please visit the other Outdoor Wednesday Participants and say Hey!!!
Sparkly Hugs,
Tobi and the Pixies!

  1. Its a shame that dandelions are considered a shameful weed. They really are pretty, and they're the most successful flower I grow. lol.

  6. Love your banner and your pixie dust ways,,,, so sweet --

Dandelions and me -- my grandmother in the early spring would take me with her to gather the young tender dandelion leaves ,, she would make a tea spring tonic and a mixed wild edible green salad with them - I always respected this pretty flower for its amazing healing properties. And I spy under your Grape Hyacinths a pretty little pixie.

    Lovely, 'Joanny

  8. Cute post! I use dandeloins in teas and salads. It is a shame they get a bad rap.
