Behind!

Hello My SpArkLy FrIendS!!
Today I am posting a Picture
from my
Makeup Artist side.
You see, before I started blogging
and
creating with Pixies,

My day job was being a Makeup Artist...
and still is!

I go out on shoots,
make people beautiful-
both
regular people
and
Celebrities.

This picture was from a series of
shoots
where we recreated
Vintage Vargas Pin Up Girls.
I did the model's Makeup and Hair
to look like the original Vargas pictured here,

Staying with the
Pink Theme,
This shot was one of my favorite
Beauty Shots
from my
portfolio.

So now you know...
When I am not
Hot Gluing things on
Bottle Brush Trees,

I paint faces.

Hee Hee,
Life doesn't get much better than that!

Now
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
leave me a comment here,
and THEN
get your lovely booties over to
the home of
PINK SATURDAY-
Lovely
And visit all my Pink Sisters!

My Featured Blogger this week is

  2. Happy Pink Saturday Tobie Sweetie, to you and the Beautiful Pixies that live amongst your treasures in your sparkly home.

I so love to come and see what you are creating. What a beautiful share today. You actually got to paint their clothes on too? Now I would think that would be odd. I am sure they looked spectacular as you are so talented.

I know Nerina, and I will pop over and say hi. I so enjoy visiting with her. She is a beautiful soul.

Thank you for sharing sweet friend. No voice at all today. I can't squeak out a sound one. Taking it one day at a time. I think of you every morning when I sit down to take my insulin as I see my beautiful tree of love from you and the pixies. Thank you sweet friend.

Many hugs and much love, Sherry

I'm so glad you kept your music too! Sometimes I leave your blog on so I can hear this music in the background. ;)

  4. The gold plate is beautiful!! I just turned my 9 yr old daughter on to your blog. Every chance she gets she pulls up your blog (you're on our favorites) and she just sits and reads. She's begging me for a fairy tree. We are in the process of redecorating her room to be a fairy forest!! Have a wonderful weekend!!

  7. Yes, I remember reading about you being a make-up artist! If I were having my make-up done, I'd want you to do it! Why? 'Cuz it always boosts one's confidence and trust if the make up artist is as beautiful as you!!! Seriously, you can do your own make-up beautifully - so imagine what you do for others! Heehee!!! (Ok, all done kissing butt now....but really meant it!)
